ISO CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION

In 2005, with the continuing increase of the number of waste and population in Phnom Penh, CINTRI has decided to implement the Quality Management System as a way to improve the quality of services to meet the expectations of all our clients. The Customer Relations, Administration/Human Resources and IT Management were accredited ISO 9001:2000 quality certification (Certificate No. 2184) in December 2005 by Singapore-based organization, Guardian Independent Certification Ltd (GIC).

At the end of 2009, the Operation Service was evaluated and accredited ISO 9001: 2008 (certificate No: 218400) along with upgrading existing ISO 9001:2000 of Customer Relations, Administration/HR and IT Management to ISO 9001: 2008. The achievements encourage the Company working towards continual improvement.

ISO 9001:2008, recognized internationally, has helped us to strengthen the quality of services for better management of customer relations, administration/HR, IT and operation services to continuously meet the quality requirements for the residents. It also minimizes operating safety and security risks by improving the implementation of its recommendations. This international consensus of good quality management practice is an added value and benefit to the implementation of requirements because all working processes are documented in the procedures.
